Description

Olive Tree Live Plant is a classic evergreen tree admired for its silvery-green foliage, distinctive branching structure, and timeless Mediterranean appearance. Its narrow leaves feature muted green upper surfaces and silvery undersides, creating a subtle color contrast that adds texture and character to outdoor landscapes, patios, and decorative container displays. Olive trees are valued for both their ornamental appeal and their potential to produce olives when grown under suitable conditions. Mature trees may develop small, fragrant flowers followed by oval fruits that gradually change in color as they ripen, depending on the variety. The olives may be used for culinary purposes after appropriate processing. Fruit production depends on the cultivar, tree maturity, pollination requirements, climate, and growing conditions. This tree grows best in a sunny location with well-drained soil and good airflow. Its branching canopy can develop into an attractive focal point in Mediterranean-inspired gardens, courtyard landscapes, entryways, and outdoor seating areas. Olive trees can also be grown in suitable containers, allowing gardeners to manage their size and placement more easily.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE: 1 live olive tree plant for planting, 3-8 inch tall
SILVERY LEAF UNDERSIDES: The pale underside of each narrow leaf creates a subtle two-tone effect as the foliage moves in the breeze.
PATIO AND COURTYARD ACCENT: Its distinctive foliage and branching form complement Mediterranean-inspired patios, entryways, courtyards, and outdoor seating areas.
OLIVE PRODUCTION POTENTIAL: Mature trees may produce olives when the cultivar and growing conditions support fruiting. Some varieties benefit from a compatible pollinating tree.
LONG-LIVED LANDSCAPE TREE: With suitable climate and growing conditions, olive trees can remain part of a landscape for many years as their trunk and branching structure mature.

Customer Reviews

The plant arrived promptly. It shows many signs of meticulous care including careful pruning and staking; and its health is highlighted by vigorous new growth.

It is absolutely not 30" tall let alone 36"; but it may be 26" inches tall in a few places, measuring from the bottom of the pot. It is, however, well branched and it spreads out more than twelve inches in each direction. I think it has better indoor plant presence for its good horizontal development than if it were a taller whip. Very pleased.

Gratitude

The plant showed up in good condition...thanks

Good

Pink not as bright as the picture yet but plant is healthy. It appears however slightly travel stressed from traveling via mail from California to Illinois. I set it for now in indirect sunlight and gave it a tiny bit if distilled water. After 10 days I will repot in a pot the next size larger in succulent soil. I think it will be fine.
