If any issue arises with your order, we will use your contact information (email or phone number) to reach you and resolve the matter promptly.

To process payments securely, we may share your personal and financial details with our merchant bank or authorized payment processor for transaction authorization. We never share your personal or financial information with anyone outside of these trusted partners.

Because we start preparing your order immediately after checkout, any changes or cancellations must be made within 4 hours of placing your order. Once your order is packed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled or modified.

If you cancel your order after processing but before shipping, a 30% restocking fee will apply. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but once your order leaves our nursery, it’s beyond our control.

We may collect IP addresses to:

• Analyze website performance and manage operations
• Track user activity and gather demographic data (in aggregate form)
• Prevent fraud during order placement

Your IP address is never sold, shared, or distributed to any third party.
