Because we start preparing your order immediately after checkout, any changes or cancellations must be made within 4 hours of placing your order. Once your order is packed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled or modified.

If you cancel your order after processing but before shipping, a 30% restocking fee will apply. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but once your order leaves our nursery, it’s beyond our control.
