We ship to all US states except California, Hawaii and Alaska. USDA regulations do not allow live plants to be shipped into those states, so orders with a CA, HI or AK address are cancelled. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then shipped from our nursery. Transit times are listed in our Shipping Policy and count from the day your order ships. During periods of high demand or extreme weather, shipments can take a little longer; we will email you if there is a significant delay.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. Some orders ship in more than one package. Use the tracking number in that email to follow your order online at any time.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if anything is damaged, defective or incorrect. If your plant runs into problems within 14 days of planting, reach out by phone, chat or email: our team will review the situation and, if appropriate, arrange a one-time free replacement. Container sizes listed on our website are approximate and may vary by manufacturer. Plant heights depend on current availability. If you would like to know the exact height of a plant before purchasing, contact us via online chat, phone or email.

Unpack your plant as soon as it arrives, water it lightly if the soil feels dry, and keep it out of harsh direct sun or freezing temperatures for a few days while it settles in. Live plants can look a little tired after travel; most recover within a week or two of gentle care.
